Data use boundary

The product will process the expert requirements input by the enterprise, public search keywords, seed public links, and expert portraits derived from public data. Please do not submit identification numbers, private contact information, undisclosed contracts, internal performance, medical, financial or other non-public personal sensitive information. Experts who disagree with attribution or presentation should use the appeals process to request that records on this site be corrected, hidden, or deleted. Current 10 role review supplements: business_problem, public_query_terms, seed_source_urls should be marked as potentially sensitive and prompted not to enter private contact information, ID numbers, undisclosed contracts, internal performance, medical/financial information, undisclosed business secrets, or non-public personal sensitive information before submission. ; Provide expert portrait recognition, error correction, hiding, deletion of site records and objection handling procedures; suspend display or prominently mark the dispute status during the objection period. ; Deletion will only affect copies, portraits and reports of this site, and will not delete original public sources on the Internet; retention/desensitization rules for caches, exported files, backups, audit logs and deletion request records must be clear. ;Protected characteristics such as age, gender, race, religion, health, disability, nationality, family status, etc. shall not be collected, inferred or used for filtering, sorting, recommendation or explanation; such information should be ignored or desensitized when appearing in public materials. ; Each online collection must record the consent mode, consent version, allowed fields, operators, time and search scope; offline_plan must not be connected to the Internet.

Data retention

Project data, source audit logs, skill portraits and matching reports are retained for 180 days by default; users can delete them in advance. Deletions only affect copies of the data and reports on this site and will not delete the original public sources on the Internet.

This product generates expert discovery and matching auxiliary reports based on public output, which may contain identity attribution errors, omissions of public information, capability interpretation bias, and outdated information. Reports must not be used as the sole basis for automatic recruitment, automatic elimination, salary pricing or business solicitation; manual review must be conducted before contacting external experts and applicable privacy and anti-harassment rules must be followed.

Rollback only refers to withdrawing or restoring public source records, skill portraits, matching report versions, approval status and workflow status in this site; this product is not connected to external recruitment, email, contract, payment or enterprise production systems, so it cannot and will not roll back any operations in external systems.
